If you have orderd multiple bottles, only 1 bottle/product package may be returned opened, the rest must be unopened and factory sealed to receive a credit.
If you are wanting to return any product you must call 1-888-869-0379 ext #511 to get a return authorization number. This RA number is required to be clearly marked on the outside of the package for proper crediting to your account.
Please allow 10-14 Days upon receipt of the product for you account to be credited.
