"Eat Right"

A good fat, high fiber diet with plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables and a good balance of proteins to carbohydrates are an essential part of eating right. Liquid Life's full array of Vitamins, Minerals, and Herbs can help balance this diet and give you the added mineral nutrition needed to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle.  Eating "live" foods and ingesting good plant source supplements can help support a healthy and prosperous life.  You really "are what you eat".  Eat good - be good!

Here is a article on nutrition that can help plan your meals from http://www.everydaychoices.org/eat.html

  "Exercise"

Being physically active for at least 30 consecutive minutes daily for five or more days each week can help you not only look and feel better, but it can also help reduce your risk of disease and allow a leaner body mass.  Living a physically active lifestyle has many benefits - all of these benefits can begin with moderate activity. Include things like walking, biking, swimming – even housework and gardening. If you enjoy more vigorous activities, that's great too. The more active you are, the more benefits you gain.

The most important thing is to get more active everyday.  It is important to stretch each day.  Your body with tend to become less flexible with age. It also tends to curve forward with age - like a fetal position.  Stretching against this natural tendacy and staying flexible in the legs, shoulders, and arms will make you feel much healthier.  It’s never too late to start!  The stomach area is one of the most important areas. It is where all your strength centers (the core of your being).  Strengthening the core invigorates the vital organs. The muscle gained through core training helps protect those vital organs and keeps them healthy.

 "Drink Plenty of Water"

Our body is made up of almost 2/3's water...the same as the earth - 2/3's water and 1/3 land mass. Water not only hydrates and lubricates the body but it helps cleanse it.  Just like taking a bath in water, the body needs water to cleanse itself from toxins.  There are many specialty herbs and vitamins in Liquid Life that help cleanse the body -  but it needs water to do so.  Soap without water doesn't work well.  Ingesting natural cleansing herbs without plenty of fresh water doesn't work well either. So drink plenty of filtered water to get your body cleansed and invigorated.

You should be drinking, in daily ounces, at least half your body weight in pounds. (i.e. Body weight in pounds, divided by 2 = number of ounces of water per day.)  So, if you weigh 200 lbs. you should be drinking at least 100 ounces of water per day.  You will also be able to experience some weight reduction if you are overweight. Don' worry, the frequent trips to the bathroom will diminish within a week once your body gets use to being hydrated properly.

Also, this is almost, but not quite, a given; most headaches occur because despite the number of reminders, people still aren't getting enough water! Headaches and thirst are both signs of dehydration.
