Thoughts for the day:
I remember as a child, Thanksgiving being my favorite holiday...well maybe a close second to Christmas. Not distracted by glitz and glamour, it's still a simple day which reflects on thankfulness to God. Family of course is the central part of God's heart. Seemingly not yet perverted by the world, Thanksgiving has been... kept simple - where the meaning Still shines and God is Still mentioned - it's Still my favorite....

Thoughts for the day:
Take care of your body with steadfast fidelity. The soul must see through these eyes alone, and if they are dim, the whole world is clouded.
The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature.

I am just so amazed at the amount of testimonies coming in on the results of Neptulein Krill Oil. Acne being deminished seems to be a big one. Joint pain and ant-aging is a close second. Migraine headache testimonies are many too. People are talking about their general look which has changed - they say they become much more healthy and young looking. If I could give this stuff away I would - really! If you have ever compared the price of Omega-Red Krill you would know it cost $39.99 compared to our price of $18.99. This one product can change your life. Check out our money back guarantee.

Thoughts for the day:
It is amazing that nature can be so good to us. The more I study the nature's health benefits and the power of nature, the more I am convinced man-made medicine is just a mock of what God has given us for our health answers. I hear testimonies daily on the results of the products we offer. On this site we try to put loads of health information, realizing this makes our site not a sales friendly site, as people are used to, but more of an informational site. We do this because our first goal is not to sell our product, yes, believe it or not, but it is to inform people, so they can make a good, educated decision to implement life changes and choose their products knowledgably.
A short overview:
1. Liquid Life provides whole food vitamins, minerals, specialty herbs, and phytonutrients.
2. Neptulein Omega-3 (the highest quality Omega-3 product you can ingest) will give you marine source EFA (essential fatty acid). I can't stress enough on these two products for optimum health.
3. Liquid Oxy-Gen works as a cell cleanser, immune and energy booster. It cleanses to the deepest part of your cell system. It is also great for atheletes, raising the blood oxygen level.
4. Liquid Joint Care is much more than just Chondroitin Sulfate and Glucosamine. Not only does it have these ingredients, but it has important Collagen and MSM for optimum joint and pain care. The latter ingredients are just as important. Plus - All these ingredients are infused in Aloe Vera.
5. Colon-Klenz-R is an all natural colon cleanse. It not only cleanse the colon vere effectively but it replaces the good bacteria. I suggest using it at least twice a year.
I want to encourage everyone to take time and research natural health. We have a lot of information on our site, and there are many other health sites that can help you too. Please, don't make health complicated, keep it simple! I myself take Liquid Life and Neptulein daily. I am in optimum health. I take Liquid Joint Care when I play sports, and I take Liquid Oxygen when I play sports and/or if I am feeling tired or low. I use Colon-Klenz-R twice a year. Certainly, everyone is different, so listen to your body. Again, every product we make available to you is the very best nature has to offer.

Thoughts for the day:
Evidence is mounting about the benefits of Omega-3. Omega-3 is an EFA (essential fatty acid). I think the name in itself tells the story - essential. Science has found we can't get the needed amount of Omega-3 in our regular diet easily. Yes, it is possible to get the proper amount of Omega-3 in a daily diet without supplementation, but it proves very difficult and problematic to do so. Your diet would have to consist of 3-4 servings of fish per week. There is a small amount of plant based Omega-3 in Liguid Life, but it is not enough to sustain a proper balance of EFA's. The plant source nature of Liquid Life would not work well with a marine source Omega-3 product in its ingredients.
Marine source Omega-3 proves the most beneficial and effective for your body. I would like to encourage everyone to learn about the importance of marine source Omega-3 supplementation. It is vital to a healthful life. We have just added Neptulein Krill Oil to our product line. Please note: We only carry products or nutrients which we are fully convinced of, and which science proves there is a need for supplemetation. We take seriously the products that we offer, and we assure the very highest of quality.
Neptulein Krill Oil is the best Omega-3 product available. The combined benefits of the EFA's and the natural component of Krill - astaxanthin (the red phytonutrient)is an extremely powerful combination. Omega-3 supplementation is beneficial for the entire family. Children over 5 should take 500 mg a day; where as adults can take up to 3 tablets a day (1500 mg).
The earth is showing signs of life. It is amazing to me how the seasons come and go. We shouldn't take seasons for granted, but instead be thankful for the stability and timleness of seasons. Stablility and consistency is important to a healthful life. Being and becoming consistant is a key to health. I see to many people hop on the health bandwagon and get off as fast as they got on. The longer I have embraced a healthy lifestyle, the larger affects I have experienced - even though age is continually increasing. Once we are shown the secrets of health, we are responsible to implement them in our life - consistantly. So, as you embrace a healthful lifestyle, and your body shows signs of life, don't abandon that life. Stay the course and embrace the seasons of life by being constant and thankful for the timleness of health.

Thoughts for the day:
Spring is in the air. It is really neat to experience seasons. Winter, spring, summer, and fall. I think they made a song about that :-). The spring season is a time of rejuvination, rebirth, and revitalization. If we look at it, we can learn a lot from it. It can give us hope and expectation. The trees and plants have had a long hard winter, the animals have bunkered down for the season and conserved their energy, but there is a new time coming - spring time. A time of growth, activity, renewed energy, and a fresh start. The sweet, gentle sunrays perk life and gently nudge living things to move forward - expressing life and vitality.
As we enter this new era of life, know - this time is meant to be, and it is here for us to prosper and learn from. As the flowers start to bloom and the trees begin to bud, be assured this is a time and a season for you to do the same. Your body is ready - are you?

Thoughts for the day:
The oldest documented-verified man in the world is Tomoji Tanabe-113 years old from Okinawa. He doesn’t smoke; he drinks a cup of milk everyday, eats lots of vegetables, fish, and avoids fatty foods. Fish, shrimp, plant, and soy foods are apart of the Okinawan diet. The islanders also eat a lot of seaweed (especially konbu) and unrefined brown sugar, both of which are rich in minerals; accompanied by green tea and a little of their brown-sugar shochu, which is believed to be effective in reducing blood clots. They do eat red meat in small amounts. Some of this info came from www.JapanTimes.co.jp. Their water is very high in minerals (Take Note:HUGE DEAL) compared to any other parts of Japan or the world. The majority of long lived people seem to have a low calorie diet, eat food from the sea, and have a high mineral source. I am not a 100% Vegen, nor do I think it is the best diet (you have the rigt to disagree), but I do believe a high vegen diet, low calorie with some fish, a small amount of dairy, and yes, even red meat(organic grass fed of course)is good.
Yes, it is important to eat right. Don't forget the Okinawans are very active people, even at elderly ages. The key is: they remain healthy enough to be active at that age; they are not heavily medicated with western medicine; and they have a very high mineral content in their water - this is unusual. There are not many places in the world that you can obtain 72 plus minerals needed for optimal life, so most of us do not have this luxury. As you probably already know, vitamins do not work without the building blocks of minerals. Let's face it, our soils are depleted of these essential micro-minerals that are needed to sustain a truly heathful life. Whole Food minerals are few and far between your veggies. Those wonderful carrots, bright and orange, are a far cry from a healthy, mineral packed, carrot 70-100 years ago. That is why they tast different today! It is fundamental to support your life with a whole food - plant source - supplement like the product we sell - Liquid Life. We have made it very affordable too. Obviously, it is packed with so much more than just minerals, so you can get all your essentials. A shot a day will keep the doctor away and help you maintain a life to its fullest.

Thoughts for the day:
We have been hearing alot about stimulus packages in the political world. Today is a great day to think about giving yourself (your body) a stimulus package. You don't have to depend on the government for this package and it won't cost you an exorbinate amount of money. You can simply take control of your body and your health. There are natural ways to stimulate, rejuvenate, and envigorate your body.
The fundamental belief at Zoe Living is this: there is a lack of trace minerals in our foods, which can cause a host of health problems. These micro-minerals are so important for proper body function, and yet it has become harder and harder to get the full array of these mineral complexes in our diet (no matter how healthy we eat). Remember, these minerals are designed to work hand and hand with each other and help support vitamin effectiveness. They are designed to work synergistically together, to perform their functions in unison.
It is so important to give your body these daily minerals, and give it the ability to function the way it was originally designed to. Liquid Life contains a daily dose of 72 micro minerals along with so many other nutrients. I want to encourage you to take control of your body, and give it the stimulus package it so deserves and is yearning for.

Thoughts for the day:
Happy New Year! At the beginning of each year, the tradition has been to make a resolution of change. I am not a big one on "New Year Resolutions", but it can help us to reboot our minds. The negative side with annual resolutions is; it sometimes can discourage us, because it "seems" so large. Though longer term goals are needed in life, it shouldn't overwhelm the daily tasks at hand. Thinking and acting on daily terms, can help us become resolute in the goal we are trying to accomplish. In other words, daily goals can be better assimilated, than larger, more daunting goals. Keeping a framework of the larger goal in mind, coupled with the understanding of how to digest (assimilate) that goal into a Daily Victory for yourself, is key. This can help you live a Victorious, Daily Life.
Health is the most important thing we have. It is our responsibility to protect the health of our life, and change the unhealthly things in our life too - our physical health, our mental health, and the most important of all - our spirtiual health. So this year, it is a pefect time to take control of your life, and embrace the health and wellness that is planned for you. Once you have knowledge, and get understanding, you become responsible to exercise and apply that information to your life. I want to encourage you this year, to embrace the health and wellness that is meant and planned for you!
This year, break down those goals, write them on paper, keep them before your eyes, speak them out, and become victorious each and every day. Be resolute in your daily committments. If you fall down, pick yourself back up. Don't beat yourself up, the world will certainly attempt to do that for you! Live and let live, change your life with Health and Wellness!
Have a Happy and Prosperous New Year!

Thoughts for the day:
Hark the Herald Angels Sing! As we enter into the Christmas and Holiday season I believe some of those angels could be saying, "it's time to practice...it's a good time to start practicing" :-) Practice makes perfect "they say"; I'm not sure who "they are" or if this is true? I think it may be more like - Practice Makes Progress. We can practice patience, self control, kindness, goodness, joyfulness, and most of all peace and love during this busy season!
Practicing makes you better and prospers you too. Just as any athelete, artist, or musician will tell you - they were able to crescendo in life by practicing. A doctor practices all his or her professional career and keeps on learning as their practice continues.
Allow this season to refine you and make you a better person. You can have an opportunity to start practicing on your eating and nutritional skills too. Practice on becoming a better person, inside and out. Practice on realizing all you can be and are designed to be - Spirit, Soul, and Body.
We can live our life by Practicing and not having to perfom the "World Series" or the "Super Bowl" of life. We may fall down, but we must get back up, getting ourselves back in the game and not being ashamed. We can allow ourselves to move forward and not step back. One step forward and NO steps back should be our goal. It is not a shame to fall down; it's a shame not to get back up.
So, get up and keep on practicing. As you practice the good things of life, you will Realize the good things of life. You may not obtain perfection, but with practice: Progress will ALWAYS come. Get back up...because practice makes Progress!

Thoughts for the day:
As we approach the day we call Thanksgiving, I reflect on the power of thankfulness. There are certainly many things we can be thankful for, no matter where we are in life. As I reflect on my own life, I can see the hardest periods of my life were the times I was unthankful. As long as we live on this earth, we will experience the "bumps of life". We certainly have the freedom to act as we wish in these times, but I must say when those bumps came and I had remained thankful, it was much less stressful to be thankful than to be unthankful. Just as it takes less energy to smile than to frown.
I would like to encourage all to have a thankful - Thanksgiving, no matter what the circumstances are. You will find relief by reflecting on all the positive things which have happened in your life so far, and thankful for the things curently happening in your life. Your body will say thank you too by giving it relief from stress. So, don't be anxious but be thankful - you will find it quite pleasing.

Thoughts for the day:
I live in New York State where the seasons change. I am admiring the beauty of fall. The colors are vibrant, the air is fresh, and the sound of the squirrels rustling through the leaves are provoking. As I take time to ponder this happening, it helps me gain perspective on how nature is designed to work.
See, nature is designed to work harmoniously with us. As we can understand the changes of seasons, so can we start to understand the wonderful changes we get to experience in our life. Each season has a sense of newness, excitement, and wonderment. As we embrace these changes, we can be confident and learn many lessons by taking the time to see how nature operates.
Eating foods that are closest to nature is how our Maker designed it. The less man has its hands on it the better. Allowing nature to serve us in this area is important. Yes, Nature is here to serve our needs. Unfortunately we have snubbed the hand that feeds us and have embraced the hand of man that sometimes does more harm than good. Take time - Make a resolution this season; to eat foods closest to what nature's hand has to offer.

Thoughts for the day:
If we truly are what we eat, then we can become full of Nutrition and Goodness rather then empty calories, grease, and artificial ingredients.
If you enjoy EACH day than you will be too busy enjoying today to worry and be anxious about tomorrow.
Being 2/3 Water and 1/3 Mass replicates the makeup of our world. We know better not to pollute our waters and litter our land, but do we know better not to pollute our own body of water, and litter our own body of land? It is beneficial to treat both with respect.
